The strategic importance of innovation, one of the features of the Arneg production scheme, has led it to design and develop a new system, called, Arneg Brina Zero, applied to non-traditional refrigeration systems that use secondary fluids (glycol) and alternative fluids, like carbon dioxide (CO2). The underlying concept of the new Brina Zero, that means "No Frost", is the elimination of defrosting cycles on the cooling batteries of the refrigerated cabinets and cold rooms.

The characteristics of this new system are:
• maintenance of the storage temperature in the refrigerated structures without the fluctuations due to defrosting cycles • reduction of energy consumption with respect to systems using direct expansion • reduction of the load of synthetic coolants in the refrigeration circuits.

The Brina Zero system brings important advantages on the plane of energy savings and environmental concerns:
• the systems use entirely natural fluids • better performance with respect to traditional systems with direct expansion with consequent reduction of energy consumption • reduction of parts and simplified operation of the systems.
