Semi-vertical refrigerated multiplexable cabinet developed for the display and sale of deli meats, dairy products, meat, fruit and vegetables and pre-packaged prepared dishes, ideal for medium and large supermarkets. Bordeaux can be used as a wall-site cabinet or as an island by joining two or more units back to back with headcases. Two different systems of uptake of the refrigerated air allow display and performance with temperature suitable for the different products. Bordeaux is designed to work with a remote condensing unit.
